Caliber Collision is the largest multi-shop operation with a site that suffered from choice overload and was not mobile friendly for customers coming in via traumatic and disruptive events.
The goal was to make users feel empowered, confident and cared for during traumatic events, and to help them restore the rhythm in their lives.
From a design standpoint, it was important to visually convey empathy to a client base that we rarely meet on their best days.
